Pippa Middlehurst, aka Pippy Eats, was the winner of Britain's Best Home Cook 2018, she now runs sell-out supper clubs and workshops across the UK and has recently opened her own permanent cookery space in the heart of Manchester Noodle Haus. Dumplings and Noodles is her first book.
