, is AWESOME!! Think about it, a book chock full of gorgeous photographs of beautiful parks, beaches, forests, and mountains - how could you not fall in love with it?! I did. A Bookish Way of Life I love America's National Parks, so it was really nice to learn about the plethora of parks in Europe that I have never even heard of!! Gone With the Family I found myself flipping through the pages and planning a trip to REI for some gear! It made me realize that the next time I travel to France, Im going to visit Vanoise National Park rather than immediately resorting to Paris or Nice. As always, National Geographic awakens even the most reluctant explorer to seek lesser-known areas and to enjoy the world for all of its beauty. The Wayfaring Voyager My husband and I have an extended list of European trips we want to take before we settle down, and having this book has been amazing for our trip we're planning our Northern Ireland and Ireland trip this fall! I loved this book. Ive never wanted to trek across Europe more than I do now. Tabi Thoughts As you can imagine, this is another stunning National Geographic book. It completely ignites my wanderlust. I would eagerly visit any and all of these parks. It includes places of which I am familiar and ones that were completely new to me, and I enjoyed the exploration and all I learned. Snowdonia especially piqued my interest because of my familys Welsh ancestry. Jennifer Tar Heel Reader The book is filled with amazing photographs and brief descriptions of the region. Also, included are possible wildlife sightings as well as brief history tidbits. I have my favorite dream places all mapped out. I hope I get to visit some of them one day.
